Kevin Ziolkoski - Began his professional career in corporate Manufacturing as a junior purchasing agent.  He made the most of his opportunities by receiving several promotions and ultimately became the Procurement Manager of $340M worth of contractual spend. Being a large proponent of continued personal growth, Kevin decided to begin focusing on his passion, real estate, for a career change.  Kevin began building up a real estate portfolio and accepted a position with a Private Equity company where he then raised millions of dollars in capital for solid private real estate opportunities.  In short order, with focus and determination, Kevin has grown his passion into becoming a Professional Real Estate Investor working on large scale developments and acquisitions.

Marcin Drozdz – Having raised well into the eight figures, predominately in the Private Equity world and his own private acquisitions, Marcin’s primary focus has been working with investors to assess real estate projects across North America.  He brings a solid understanding of the capital markets and regularly gives presentations groups of all sizes across Canada. Topics include: market trends in real estate, investor updates, and new opportunity launches. Marcin excels in bringing a dynamic and creative edge to the organization.  His strength and passion is evident in various public relations campaigns and in nurturing relationships with key members of the media community.

 Marco Silvestri – Brought up in Winnipeg, Marco has been a very active business owner and mentor to many people across Canada. Since 2003, Marco has been a proponent of thinking BIG in the real estate world by stepping up from his first single family rentals, to multi-unit apartments, to now working through a 2.5 acre, 144 Unit Condominium development in Brandon, Manitoba.  Having been involved in several multimillion dollar real estate projects.  In the community, Marco is an educator by giving his time on a monthly basis to mentor and help guide countless promising entrepreneurs and real estate investors.
